Bijoux falls into the latter category, and with white tablecloths and an award-winning menu, it is definitely a place where you want to change out of your sandals and wear something a little more formal. The menu focuses on steakhouse classics, but with plenty of seafood additions which of course pay homage to the bounty offered by the Gulf of Mexico.

With traditional dishes such as Grouper Almandine served in a Meyer lemon-brown butter or the Rack of Lamb placed atop a celery root puree, mixed vegetables and finished with a rosemary demi-glace, many guests have never tasted these classics prepared like this. Additional options include King Salmon, Seared Diver Scallops, Gulf Shrimp & Grits, a massive 20-oz. bone-in ribeye. For vegetarians, the chef’s selection of seasonal vegetables is a wise option.
