Being different starts with our desire to provide our homeowners with accurate rental projections. Other companies make big promises in order to get you on their program and then periodically move the goalposts when they fall short of meeting your expectations. That’s not how we do business at Five Star. We don’t make promises we can’t keep and we don’t inflate projections as a way of getting your business. Our rental projections are based on reliable market data and over 10 years of experience in the property management industry.

When we opened our doors in 2008, we made it a goal to be on the cutting-edge of all things marketing and advertising. We invest in five-full featured websites, remarketing ads and pay-per-click campaigns, and social media promotions to an audience of 150,000+ users. We also utilize third-party booking sites like HomeAway and VRBO to maximize your property’s visibility.
Masterful photography, state-of-the-art drone videos, and fully immersive 3D virtual tours set our listings apart from our competitors. And though we emphasize a predominately digital campaign, we also invest in traditional forms of advertising. This includes our annual award-winning property management magazine, direct mail, and sponsorships.
Five Star’s emphasis on housekeeping surpasses all other property management companies in the area. In fact, our dedication to cleanliness has been recognized by VRHP (Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals, a 400+ professional organization that provides industry updates and educational opportunities for the property management sector).
We are one of the few companies to hire and train our cleaners and inspectors in-house. This is phase I of our strict housekeeping regimen. Each property is inspected three times between turns to ensure that everything is in pristine condition for the next arrival.

Our marketing strategy helps us to get guests in the door, but our personalized greets and hotel-quality housekeeping standards are just two of the many things that keep them coming back. We also offer guests access to a VIP Program which provides free and discounted activities for them to experience throughout their stay. This includes access to golf, fishing trips, and snorkeling excursions as well as dolphin cruises and water parks. Because of these things, we have developed a loyal clientele and unheard-of past guest retention rate.
