Staged in the comfort of your luxury vacation rental home, you can take a “deep dive†into a few wines and learn about the subtitles and nuances of each, or opt for a broader tasting, giving you an opportunity to explore a number of wines. With your particular tastes and preferences in mind, Jay will select a variety of wines for your program. Participants can opt for a seven or five bottle “Mix and Match†line up, where Jay and his team will choose wines of similar areas, varieties, or producers and spend the evening comparing and contrasting the bottles. Since everyone loves California wines, spending an evening exploring with the wines that made the state famous is an option. Participants can choose from a Five or Seven Bottle line up, and Jay will do the rest. The “Say What?†option is Jay’s favorite.
