At Five Star Beach Properties we offer a special program for those owners not looking to rent. We understand that your home is a valuable asset and must be maintained when you are not in town. Our basic plan provides a weekly walk through of your home. We will then address and take care of any needed problems that may arise. We want to make owning a second home completely care free for all of our owners.
Below are many of the services that we offer within our monthly plan.
Weekly inspection of your property
Check all fixtures for leaks
Ensure that appliances are in working order
Check A/C units and ensure that they are set at your specified temperature
Change air filters on a monthly basis
Replace any light bulbs as needed
Flush toilets and run faucets to ensure proper water flow
Ensure that all doors are locked and alarm codes set
Arrange monthly cleanings or at your discretion
Provide grocery delivery pre-arrival
Deliver any baby goods that may be needed for your stay
Prep the home for your arrival which can include changing the a/c temperature, turning on lights, turning down beds, etc…
We are staffed with a full time maintenance man and sub contractors for all possible needs. Our monthly plans are based on the size of the home and you are billed monthly to the credit card that you choose to keep on file. We also offer fully customizable plans that can include anything that you may need done. This makes working with Five Star Beach Properties an easy process, which is what you deserve.
