As a property management company, we wanted to take the initiative in giving you the facts about Coronavirus (COVID-19) in our area and the precautions we are taking against the spread of this virus.

First, it's important to know the facts. While Florida is currently under a state of emergency as a precaution for spreading the virus any further, the CDC has not issued a blanket limit on domestic travel for the general population at this time. We are open for business and accepting all travelers! With that being said, it is very important that our guests and owners know about the precautions we as a company are taking against the spread of Coronavirus in our area.

Our housekeeping department is very thorough in how we maintain our properties but have recently implemented additional sanitization procedures to give you, the guest, peace of mind when traveling this season:

  • Beds - All of our linens are washed and dried in-house. Upon every departure, linens are stripped from all beds, professionally laundered, and beds are re-made with fresh linens. A bed-band is then placed around the freshly-made bed for quality assurance.
  • Towels - Our towels are also professionally laundered in-house and are separated and sealed into individual packages for each individual guest.
  • New Cleaning Products - Our housekeeping team has ordered high-quality cleaning chemicals that is provided to each housekeeper. These products are required to be used by our team to properly sanitize and disinfect all surfaces.
  • Black Lights - Our housekeeping team has been provided with black lights to use when cleaning each house to look over all surfaces and ensure that everything has been properly disinfected.

Currently, for those who are unlikely to be exposed to this virus, the immediate health risk from COVID-19 is considered low. For additional information and status updates from our local officials, please visit the following sites:
