Take your kids and pets to HarborWalk Village on October 28th for the cutest costume contest of the year! The kids’ costume contest will begin at 2 pm, and the competition age groups are as follows: 0-4, 5-9, and 10-12. In addition to the kids’ costume contest, the pet costume contest begins at 3:15 pm on the Main Stage. Following the contests, enjoy a fun afternoon of trick-or-treating at the shops and vendors along the harbor!
Enjoy a family-friendly event with fall activities for kids of all ages. Kids FallFest has free face painting, arts and crafts, and pumpkin decorating. This event is also a part of the Destin Fishing Rodeo and it's held at AJ's Seafood & Oyster Bar.
Golf is a sport the whole family can enjoy. Even preschoolers can enjoy a day at the golf course. At many Destin area golf courses, kids are not only welcome, but some golf courses even offer special golf programs just for children as well as Junior golf training. Many area courses are also more than willing to let your little golfers try their hand at putting, driving, and chipping. Of course, golf etiquette applies, so be sure to be courteous to the other golfers by offering to let them play
