We ensure quality housekeeping standards with multiple inspectionsРbefore and after cleaning. Our team is hand selected and personally interviewed to ensure they are prepared to go above and beyond the industry standard by providing five-star service to meet the standards of our owners and guests. Five Star Properties takes the extra step post-cleaning by sending inspectors to our properties for quality assurance. Our multi-tiered housekeeping approach was even recognized by Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals for exceeding standards in cleanliness.

 

Clean Linen Program

Our Clean Linen Program is thorough and quality assured. We do not contract our cleaning services and with our linens, it’s no different. We professionally launder and replace all of our linens in house. Our commercial-grade laundry facility is equipped with high-tech washers and dryers, and an experienced staff that further helps us ensure that our standards are maintained throughout the entire cleaning process. Upon every departure, linens are stripped from all beds, professionally laundered, and beds are re-made with fresh linens. A bed band is then placed around the freshly-made bed for quality assurance. Brand new towels are packaged and provided for every guest before the beginning of every stay.

Sanitation and Center for Disease Control Disinfection Guidelines

Our housekeeping team implements black lights to use when cleaning each house to look over all surfaces and ensure that everything has been properly disinfected. The Center for Disease Control (CDC) recommends a two-step environmental cleaning and disinfection procedure. We clean visibly dirty surfaces followed by high-quality cleaning chemicals to properly sanitize and disinfect all surfaces.

At Five Star, we take ownership of our homes and their cleanliness. We make it a point to tend to the upkeep of our homes, in-house, instead of subcontracting our cleaning.
