A lush side courtyard transports guests into a private oasis with a private pool, outdoor bar pagoda, Italian limestone, and ample lounging furniture. Take a stroll on the included bikes to nearby restaurants and shopping. This rental is centrally located for an easy and stress free commute down scenic highway 98.
The main level of the home features four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first bedroom is perfect for those traveling with children and includes a twin bunk, a desk, and a spacious closet. Across the hall, guests can relax in a bedroom with a full sized bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, a flat-screen TV, and private access to the backyard. Down the hall, two bedrooms with private access to the backyard oasis await. The first queen bedroom boasts a queen bed, a flat-screen TV, and french patio doors that allow for ample sunlight to fill the room. The final bedroom also offers french patio doors, along with a king bed, a mounted flat-screen TV, and closet space. An additional bathroom is located adjacent to the king and queen bedroom. This bathroom features ambient lighting along with a rainfall shower.
The second floor of this home was designed for relaxation and entertainment among friends and family. The gourmet kitchen features all stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, two Subzero refrigerators, a wine refrigerator, and a flat top Wolf range with swing arm pot filler. A breakfast nook with seating for 8 is located in the kitchen area along with a kitchen island with seating for two. Located above the breakfast nook, large windows allow for ample sunshine to fill the space with views of breezy Florida trees.
