We stay up to date on the latest marketing trends to keep your property booked. Being a small company allows us the ability to be flexible in many different ways. Most owners have different needs and we are able to cater to most of them. Are you looking for a management company that pays attention to detail and takes care of your guests? Five Star Beach Properties is dedicated to providing a higher level of quality and service. Most companies charge between 25% and 50% of your rental income to manage your property. We only charge 19% to fully manage your property and also provide many services to your guests that are not available elsewhere. Our attention to detail in every facet of the business has allowed us to become the quickest growing luxury firm in the Destin and 30A area. Five Star Beach Properties’ marketing plan is second to none. We individually market each property on over 25 different websites to get it the most possible exposure. The more widely available your property is on the internet, the more rentals you will get. The internet has changed the way the rental market works and we have geared our marketing to take full advantage of that fact. We stay up to date on the best avenues to market your property and are always willing to make adjustments as needed. Please contact us if you are looking for a hands on company to manage your vacation rental. Our maintenance plan is second to none in the area. We only charge $25/hour for general maintenance, at least half of most of our competitors. Our maintenance program is not set up to generate cash for the business. It is strictly provided to get our owners the lowest cost services in the area. This helps add to your bottom line at the end of the year. Your homes are thoroughly checked every week and maintenance issues are handled immediately. This ensures that your home stay in the best shape possible throughout the year. We also offer a program for owners not looking to rent. This management program is an excellent way for out of state owners to care for their homes. A second home is a large asset and must be taken care of to maintain its value. Please view more information on our second home management program here – Destin and 30A Property Management
