The "Best of The Emerald Coast Readers Choice Awards" showcases some of the reasons locals love to live here and visitors flock to our beautiful beaches every year. The best of the Emerald Coast edition of the Magazine serves as a great resource and guidebook throughout the year. The Best of The Emerald Coast Event at Grand Boulevard benefits The Junior League of the Emerald Coast. Created in 1964 as en effort for women to volunteer and impact their local community, The Junior League continues to be an important organization and a way for young women to connect with and give back to their community. Today, the Junior League of the Emerald Coast works tirelessly on behalf of Emerald Coast residents. The Clothing Project, which provides low-income children with new school clothes, is the signature project for the organization.
