We have had many issues with vacationhomes.com in the past. They obviously do not monitor what homes people are putting up on their site. We just became aware of Fiera Vista being improperly listed on their site -Â http://www.vacationhomes.com/39244 . This is at least the 10th home that we have had to advise VacationHomes.com of in the past 12 months. Please do not use second rate vacation sites to look for your vacation home. Here are 3 tips to insure that you are not being scammed. 1. Speak directly with the owner/agent. They should be able to give details on the home without hesitation. 2. Have them provide the address so that you can view it on Google Maps or Mapquest. 3. Never wire funds! Any proper owner/agent can accept credit cards or e checks.
