The stage is set, the line-up announced and now it’s down to fine-tuning the minute details. 30A Songwriters Festival is produced by the Cultural Arts Alliance of Walton County and held in Santa Rosa Beach. The event blends talent ranging from local songwriters to nationally loved musicians. There’s few things more enticing to music lovers, then a larger the life line-up coupled with a scenic venue and the 30A Songwriter Festival doesn't disappoint. The three day festival features more then 125 musicians, over 250 performances and is situated amidst the brilliant white sands of the vibrant green oceans the Santa Rosa Beach area is known for. Settled along Northwest Florida’s Gulf Coast, Scenic Highway 30A in South Walton flows along the Gulf Of Mexico and through Santa Rosa Beach, Grayton Beach, Seaside, Rosemary Beach, and countless other neighborhoods and state parks. Russel Carter, Event Organizer, Chair and President of the Russel Carter Artist Management, explains in his own words, how the 30A Festival earned it’s place as a Nationally recognized event “What sets the 30A Songwriters Festival apart from others in the country is, one: we create listening rooms in truly unique beach resort venues and two: we book musically diverse artists, Rodney Crowell and the Bangles have both scored numerous number one hits, but I am willing to say that only at the 30A Songwriters Festival are you able to hear Rodney sing ‘She’s Crazy For Leaving' and 'I Couldn't Leave You If I Tried,' and then run across the street and hear the Bangles belt out 'Eternal Flame,' 'Walk Like an Egyptian' and 'Manic Monday.' “ Proceeds from the 30A Songwriters Festival go towards benefiting CAA and supporting arts in Walton County.
